Some of the phone companies introduced this year have been extremely successful, Poco and Realme for instance. Both Poco and Realm have come out with flying colours. In one year Realme has launched five phones while Poco is soaring with its only Poco F1. In India right now there are five Realme phones available including the Realme 1, the Realme 2, the Realme 2 Pro, the Realme C1, and the Realme U1. After shinning in 2018, looks like Realme is all set to kick start 2019 with a budget-friendly phone called the Realme A1 -- this is what the rumours suggest and the company is yet to confirm the report.

Earlier this week a report revealed that Realme A1 is in the works and that the phone will be launching very soon. The launch timeline, however, hasn't been revealed yet. It is now for the first time that the alleged Realme U1 has been leaked in renders showing off the phone from almost all angles. In addition, the renders some of the key specs of the Realme A1 have also been revealed. In addition, another leak suggests that the Realme A1 will be priced lower than the Realme U1 which retails for Rs 11,999 in India. This means that the Realme A1 could be priced around Rs 10,000.

Talking about the renders first, the upcoming Realme A1 will look no different from the existing Realme phones. The phone will boast of the same design language as the selfie-focused Realme U1, the Redmi 2 Pro. This means that the Realme A1 will come with waterdrop notch that will equip the selfie camera together with some sensors. On the front looks like the phone will include only one sensor for clicking selfies. The renders show the phone from both front and back panel. On the rear the upcoming Realme A1 will sport two cameras and below the camera setup there will be a fingerprint sensor.

Some of the key specs of the Realme 2 Pro have also been leaked. The leak suggests that the upcoming Realme A1 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 processor paired with either 2GB or 3GB RAM paired with 32GB of internal storage. There's no information on whether the storage space can be expanded further or not. On the camera front, the Realme A1 is expected to come with a primary camera of 13-megapixel sensor and a secondary camera of 2-megapixel sensor paired with LED flash on the rear panel. For clicking selfie, the Realme A1 is said to bring an 8 megapixel camera on the front. The leaked specs also reveal that the Realme A1 will be charged by a massive 4,200mAh battery. Also sadly, there will be no Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box as the leak suggests that the Realme A1 will run Android 8.1 Oreo-based on its customized ColorOS UI.
