Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar two of the greatest batsmen I have seen

Batting maestro Virat Kohli once again carved out a masterful innings from his bat as he slammed his 25th Test century in the ongoing second Test match against Australia at Perth. The Indian captain was in fine form as he continued from where he left on the second day and reached the triple figure-mark with a brilliant cover drive off Mitchell Starc's bowling. The cricket fraternity was all praise for the 30-year-old who continues to achieve bigger milestones in most difficult conditions.
After witnessing Kohli counter the Australian bowlers with ease in their own backyard, former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly was all praise for the Indian skipper as he compared him with the legendary Sachin Tendulkar. Ganguly hailed Kohli as one of the greatest batsmen ever. He took to Twitter to post a golden tweet praising Kohli's brilliant knock.
"Absolute masterpiece from kohli at Perth .. @bcci @imVkohli .. two of my greatest I have seen play .. Tendulkar and kohli (not seen bradman or sobers play live," the former Indian captain wrote on Twitter praising Kohli magnificent century on a bowling-friendly Perth wicket.

Kohli struck 11 boundaries and battled 214 deliveries during his stay on the crease before being sent back on 123 in a controversial fashion after giving away a catch to Peter Handscomb off Pat Cummins' bowling. With the hundred, Kohli became the second fastest batsman to score 25 Test centuries leaving behind Tendulkar. While Kohli took 127 innings to achieve the feat, Tendulkar had reached the milestone in 130 innings.
Don Bradman remains fastest to the feat as the legendary Australian took only 68 innings to score 25 Test hundreds. Kohli had resumed the day on 82 and needed just 18 runs to complete what could be termed as one of his best hundreds overseas. He celebrated the century in a unique way with 'let the bat do the talking' celebration, which was heavily applauded by the Perth crowd.
